Finding Vendors
Can I find and contact vendors myself?
Yes. Browse the directory by category and city, then reach out to any vendor directly from their profile.
What happens when I contact a vendor directly?
Your enquiry goes straight to that business. From there, you discuss your requirements, pricing and availability directly with them.
Does Top Notch Celebrations arrange the booking when I contact a vendor directly?
No. Once you reach out, the booking is arranged directly between you and that vendor -- we're not involved in that step.
Is Top Notch Celebrations responsible for a service I arrange directly with a vendor?
No. The arrangement is directly between you and the vendor, so make sure you're both clear on the details before confirming.
Can Top Notch Celebrations recommend vendors?
We can't make the choice for you, but every listing is reviewed before it goes live, so browsing by category is a good place to start comparing.
Important When Booking Directly
If you choose to contact and arrange a service directly with a vendor, please make sure you discuss the price, availability, payment terms, cancellation policy and service details with the vendor before confirming your booking. The arrangement is directly between you and the vendor.

How do I list my business?
Join as a member first, then apply to list your business from inside your member dashboard. There's no separate vendor sign-up form -- it all starts from one account.
Will my listing be reviewed before it goes live?
Yes. We check every listing before it's published, which is part of what keeps the directory trustworthy for couples browsing it.
How will couples reach me once I'm listed?
Enquiries come straight to you from your vendor dashboard -- sent directly by the couple, with nothing and no one in between.

What types of vendors can I find on Top Notch Celebrations?
Categories across the whole wedding -- venues, catering, make-up & hair, cakes & sweets, florists, jewellery, and more.
How do I choose the right vendor?
Compare a few profiles in the same category, check their details and photos, and contact the ones you like to ask about pricing and availability before deciding.

Where does Top Notch Celebrations operate?
Across Pakistan -- vendors from different cities list on the marketplace, and you can filter the directory by category and city.
What if there aren't many vendors listed in my city yet?
We're adding new vendors all the time. If your city is light on options right now, check back soon or get in touch and we'll help where we can.
Bookings & Payments
Do I have to book a vendor through Top Notch Celebrations?
No. Once you've found a vendor you like, you arrange and confirm the booking directly with them.
Who do I pay when I arrange a vendor directly?
You pay the vendor directly -- Top Notch Celebrations is not involved in payments.
What if I have a problem with a vendor I contacted directly?
Since the arrangement is directly between you and the vendor, raise it with them first. If you'd like a hand, get in touch and we'll help where we can.
